The official 4 sports that we have selected for this tournament are:
• Men’s Basketball
• U19 Men’s Basketball
• Women’s Volleyball
• Men’s Volleyball
Every team member must sign the waiver form to register team. Every participant must bring a photo copy of one piece of ID and fill out the pastor’s authorization form to be signed by their local Pentecostal Malayalee church pastor.
Pricing
$200 per team by May 13th, 2012 at midnight
$250 per team May 14th onward
